Sure, go ahead, as long as you’re not too full after that meal. Then in about 3 hours, eat a granola car or something. Oh, and if you’re used to eating a lot, it takes times to get used to this type of eating schedule. So this should be gradual.
Danielle I don’t think I can eat a car :P . But Okayyyy I will start tomorrow. I also have this book . Its a teen diet book but it ask for a lot in terms of measurements and I’m just like O_O *close book*
Numero uno: Portion control. Eat more than 3 times a day, but those meals should be small. Filling, but not to the point where you’re full. Self control, girl! Make sure it’s healthy food, too. Don’t completely cut off meat and carbs from your diet.

Starvation results are only temporary. I know, it is difficult to become motivated and keep going at it… You have 5 months till bikini season, i know you can get to your goal by then. I have tips that might help you :)
